Not working on eye bags
I was seriously looking into a lower bleph because I thought surgery was my only option. I'm not saying this replaced surgery, but after a couple of months my under eyes look brighter, smoother and much less tired, so I'm happy to put that consultation on hold.
After reading so many posts saying only a lower bleph would fix eye bags, I wasn't expecting much from an eye cream. It's genuinely surprised me though, especially with how much brighter and smoother my under-eye area looks after consistent use.
I paid for PDGF injections last year hoping they'd improve my under eyes and honestly I couldn't tell much difference. This has given me a nicer everyday result than I expected, especially with the brightness and how much less tired I look.
I kept reading that only surgery would help under-eye bags, so my expectations were pretty low. After about eight weeks my eyes still look like mine, just brighter, smoother and much less worn out.

Can’t tell much difference so far.
It makes my eye lids more droopy, does nothing that it advertised. When used under the eyes, the skin looks very wrinkled. I am extremely disappointed.

No difference
I had high hopes for this cream for my hooded eyelid but after 3 days of using it I am unable to continue using it. I am allergic to an ingredient in the cream and therefore cannot use it so I have 2 jars that are just sitting in my bathroom now.
Don’t know only that it makes my eyes very itchy when I use.
This cream goes on very nicely and feels good, but it has no effect whatsoever on puffiness. My eyes are just as bad as they were before I started it. I am very disappointed.

It did not work.
I saw no change.
This works great. It opens up my hooded eyes that had begun bothering me. My lids were almost blocking my eyes. It lasts all day & my eyes seem to be drooping less even when I haven't used it yet for the day.
